Did you know you may qualify for free services like a healthy food box, transportation or housing assistance, or support for a stressful family situation?
Healthy food box (delivery and/or pick-up), fruit and vegetable prescriptions, medically tailored, home-delivered meals, & diabetes prevention programs.
One time security deposit and first month’s rent, inspection for housing safety and quality, home remediation services, home accessibility and safety modifications.
