  • Jounce 6th is a new program specifically catering to 6th graders. Still at FUMC Waynesville, 6th grade students will have their own area for free time and structured activities. 6th grade students will also have the opportunity to join 7th and 8th graders during Club Time.

    3-5pm every full day of school (on Haywood County School schedule). There will be no Jounce 6th or Jounce Middle on early dismissal or teacher workdays.

  • Our Jounce Middle Afterschool Program is a free middle school after school program housed at FUMC Waynesville. Open from 3-5pm every day afterschool, students enjoy socializing, playing games, doing homework, and going on field trips.

  • Afterschool Program for 4th to 12th grade students teaching old time mountain music meeting one day a week.

    -Mondays (3:00pm-5:00pm)

  • Music Makers is our flagship music education program designed for children, Kindergarten through 5th Grade.

    Beginning in early September and running through the beginning of April, Music Makers brings children to FUMC each Wednesday afternoon from 3:10-5:30pm. There is no cost for Music Makers.

  • Sunday Night (5:00pm - 7:00pm) elementary program teaching students environmental and kindness practices. Meal included for the students as part of the program!

  • Jounce High is a free high school afterschool program which offers practical and educational programming. Students participating will walk away with job, college, and life skills, preparing them for the next step in their young adulthood.
